- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆My boyfriend and I needed a property to rent. We had a deadline of 4 ahead of the date when we turned up at their doorstep for the first time. When we finally got a viewing of the property we were interested in two weeks prior to the date we had to vacat our current property we were firstly told to wait for a day before letting them know and when we did first thing in the morning the next day, we were told their manager who was on holiday was the only person to deal with the landlord and that theyd let us know by the end of that week (we viewed on a Monday). Its shocking that they have no one else who can cover for him when hes off and that nobody knows anything about the properties they take care of. They give a good first impression and then blow it.
