  Our experience of Wren in Hemel Hempstead was excellent; there were a few hiccups but completely demolishing an old kitchen and fitting a new one is a complicated, multi faceted process. All staff were more than helpful, very committed to the customer and their wishes. The guy who measured the room was very accurate and helpful, our designer, Sita was excellent and extremely patient with our times of indecision and change of mind. The computer design programme gave very good visual clues etc. We had good communication through emails to her and our installation support which were always answered immediately and positively. The fitting assessment allowed us time to question and adapt plans slightly on site. We were able to ensure delivery and start time were very close to avoid disruption to a business. I feel it was wise to use their fitting service. Our fitters Steve and Noel were excellent throughout, were able to adapt cupboards to our exact needs and always ensured we had the maximum of services to use when they left. All cupboards and equipment delivered was accurate; with no damage, the doors were well protected with plastic film keeping them clean during fitting. There were hiccups with the sink and granite worktop but it was easily resolved by Steve and Noel and their adaptations. I am very glad we took the decision to use Wren fitters as knew that if there was a problem they would deal with it and resolve it dealing directly with Wren.
